Menus, prices and opening times
We keep the menus, prices and opening times on this website up to date, but dishes change with the seasons and we sometimes have to change times at short notice. The menu and prices in the restaurant on the day are the ones that apply. An optional 10% service charge is added to tables of 8 or more.
Dietary marks on the menus are a guide. If you have an allergy, please speak to a member of staff before ordering, every time you visit, so we can run through the menu with you.
Bookings, gift vouchers and rooms
Table bookings are made through resOS, gift vouchers are sold by Giftpro and rooms are booked through Huluki Sussex Stays. Each has its own terms, which you will be shown when you book or buy, along with any conditions for that booking, such as for large groups or busy dates. These website terms do not replace them.
Our photographs and words
The photographs, text and design on this website belong to Morleys or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for another website or publication without asking us first. You are welcome to share links to any page.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as our booking, voucher and room providers and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
Our responsibility to you
We cannot promise that the website will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
